What is the cleanest metropolitan city you've been in?

Gerardo Greist: i can not find it anywhere

Alvaro Oare: Indianapolis Indiana

Thurman Buege: Salt Lake City, Utah. Because of underground water sources beneath the streets, in some parts of the city, water flows in the gutters and cleans out some of the stuff that would otherwise accumulate like all big cities.

Sherrill Botting: King Fahd International in Saudi Arabia.

Avis Brantner: Chicago, the loop area and the area called north Michigan

Justin Casten: Cancel your flight. I hate the place. Some people say that Americans are arrogant and stupid but they are nowhere near as bad as the English. Everybody in Europe hates the English, you find that if you go to Spain or Turkey or places like those. Come to Ireland where I'm from, its the greatest country on earth

Danica Timperman: Actually San Francisco is one of the cleaner cities I have visited. I have been to 47 of the fifty states, six of the seven continents. You don't want to make cl! eanliness your primary factor for choosing a city to go to. Instead why don't you concentrate on what is there for your enjoyment, everybody doesn't like the same things. The second thing is the memories that you will keep forever. I have been to a lot of places and I have a ton of good memories. I don't think I have a single one where the cleanliness made the final difference....Show more

Willa Holte: I am so excited! What are the best places to go and see?

Clemmie Burkleo: singapore

Alden Sabio: I've lived in england all my life!I think you're definitley going to go to london right?! Well, make sure you egt up bright and early because attractions can get pretty busy! I think you should try going into central London (Oxford Street, Picadilly Circus etc..) and go to the attractions there like the London eye, maddame tussauds, the london aquarium stuff like that. Have a look at some websites about it, see if they show any other stuff you can do.Enjoy your s! tay! I;m sure you'll love London!...Show more

Soraya Coo! dey: It seems like such a great place to visit, but it's one of the most desserted places on earth isn't it???please help, thanks!!

German Thal: I'm not sure wuite what a "metropolitan" city is, but Tolouse, in France is clean, as is Turin.

Nedra Oltz: Des Moinos, Iowa I've been there once it was very clean

Curt Broadhead: Cary, North Carolina!!! the 5th best city to live in America!! the quality of life is just great, lots of young ppl, and all are well educated!http://money.cnn.com/magazines/moneymag/bplive/200...

Stevie Goldey: Tongonoxy Kansas .

Sheron Perrez: Yes, i am keen interested to Siberian not for the visit but for study but for one of the most deserted place.

Torrie Weissenbach: Yes you can, however depending on your nationality you will need a visa from the russian embassy. Go through a proper travel agent who should be able to give you visa advice. Dont try to travel indepentally

Malissa Porth: >>>>>>>>>>>>>>I want ! you to go to Harrods and pat Mohammed Al Fayed on the forehead like Benny Hill used to do to that old guy. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>Then I want you to print this page out and post it on as manysignposts as you can find:http://www.thejohncleese.com/board/viewtopic.php?t......Show more

Kirk Coolbeth: Biggest: King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Buster Buchko: I lived in San Franciscon, so I can relate. Denver, CO is pretty clean.

Leisa Brodnex: been there....The London Bridge...Big Ben...fascinating.

Samatha Nicar: Atlanta, Georgia.

Ayesha Genova: San DiegoIt aint Boston, thats for sure!

Jasper Mangel: Denver Colorado

Dorethea Beaston: Paris France, they wash the streets everyday.

Riley Migl: i've lived here all my life and i love it. Of course you'll probably start off in london and i think you can easily spend a week here, but i'd say just cover it all in 3-4 days - london dungeon (very scary), the london eye, ma! dame tussauds and all the other touristy stuff. But to see the real eng! land you should go out to the countryside, try and rent a caravan in the lake district - its far from london but i'm sure you'll find a way, its pure country - all lush beautiful greenery. I'd avoid the beaches, they'll totally put you off! Make sure you find a harry ramsden restaurant and have some fish and chips....Show more

Dawn Saha: After being there for a while, it doesnt seem clean like when you first go there.I think Orlando is pretty clean, but as clean as a city can get.

Bo Perham: yes, just take a plane from Moscow or St Petersburg to Irkutsk and explore around Lake Baikal with a company like Baikal ExplorerOR, take the Trans Siberian Express to Lake Baikal...that's what I did...see http://www.seat61.com/Trans-Siberian.htmhttp://www.seat61.com and http://www.seat61.com/Russia.htm and http://www.seat61.com/SilkRoute.htmandhttp://www.baikalex.com/http://travel.nytimes.com/2007/07/08/travel/08expl...HTHPhilip**************** EDIT %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%Ignore th! e unhelpful answer below...obviously Yada W prefers to spend extra money to see a place...It is quite possible to travel Russia and Siberia independently... I DID !!!But as the third answerer says, DO YOUR RESEARCH and read the guide books...There are good hostels in Irkutsk full of other travellers and backpackers for you to meet and see the sights with...Also, make sure you have good travel insuranceHave you considered travelling overland to China via Siberia and Mongolia - that's what I did 7 years ago and it was great...see the Lonely Planet Thorntree for advice too...Show more

Carli Watterson: tryy spelling the words correctly, &¬ asking redundant questions.see how that works.=]]
