Joaquin Dronko: You are in a relationship with someone but either can still see other people aswell and both people would be ok with it.. as long as it isn't a serious one i suppose.
Brock Hladik: It means that you are involved with someone but you allow your other partner to see someone else. And you bother are at liberty to do whatever you want and have sex with whomever.. But yoy have an open understanding with your partner about your relationship.
