Vida Miss: I think they could in some people, but not everyone. My brother and I grew up playing video games - shoot 'em up games, fighting games, etc. Neither of us grew up violent. It can be a factor if a person has difficulty telling reality from fantasy and does not have good values instilled in them from a young age. Also, some people are adrenaline junkies. If they get bored with the video games, maybe they might try to do the stuff they see in the games because they feel it will give them the rush they are looking for.
