Which of the following is not an inertial reference frame?

Jeannine Vassie: very confusing task. browse with search engines like google. it might help!

Elden Bardach: tricky thing. search onto a search engine. this could help!

Somer Distilo: all EXCEPT C.An inertial frame of reference does not move with the object it is observing.

Elden Dedon: E is not an inertial frame of reference since a rotating frame of reference is an accelerated frame of reference. Inertial frames of reference are frames of reference that are at rest or in constant motion (akthough the two are actually equivalent)
