Refugio Gastineau: You should simply be able to sell it and get him the title once you get it. If you don't know the buyer, you may need to get someone to draw up some papers to ensure you deliver the title. But a simple contract should do.

Joellen Zorrilla: honestly, the best thing to do, is find out what the buy out price is you may owe 2,400 on paper, but depending on your interest rate, if you paid the principal off in a lump sum, you may save 400 to 800 bucks, this would give you the title and put more cash in your pocket.
